And now she was truly free. She was 20, not a virgin anymore and there was only one thing bothering her, and that was her boyfriend. She liked him, but she knew that he wasn’t for any future, he was very possessive and not the kind of guy she wanted to be with for the rest of her life, which was just starting really, however she decided she was going to enjoy this adventure with Ike.
Maybe her inexperience was what kept him around, but they were very different, and sometimes she would let him lead her stray. But most of the time she stuck to her way and he had to accept it. She wanted to keep going to uni, but he was always complaining that she didn’t have time for him, she enjoyed having her own friends, she was teaching ballet now, apart from her own classes and rehearsals, there were uni and she was still studying English. He didn’t do anything, he didn’t work and lived off his mom sending him money.
He was jealous of her busy life and all the people that she knew.he was jealous that she could have a conversation to anyone and he didn’t have the same education as her. He was so insecure about himself that the only way he knew to keep her was being jealous of her. On the other hand when she was out with him it was always amazing fun. He made friends with her best friends, Leo’s cousins Julia and Carl, Julia’s boyfriend Will and and Carl’s girlfriend. The six of them were always out together, and at the end of the night they would go to his place that was big enough for each couple to have a room.
Sex with Ike was amazing and she felt that the best thing was because she wasn’t in love with him, she was attracted to him and their bodies fit each other like a perfect match. He loved that she was flexible and she loved that he was always teaching her new things. For both of them sex with each other was always a new discovery.
Than one day, they were talking in the evening, that was a Thursday night, and he asked her not to go to uni and go to the beach with him, she checked what was going to be on that Friday and agreed, so he arranged to phone her in the morning the next day to tell her he was coming. When the phone rung someone else answer and came to get her in her room. To her surprise it was his mom from Rio asking about him, she told what they decided last night but he was already late on phoning her. His mom asked her to tell him she needed to talk to him urgently. She decided to do nothing, she didn’t go to uni because it was too late now, but something was bothering her, she had this bad feeling in her gut. She didn’t think it was anything to do with something bad happening to him, she knew what was going on was going to be the end of it, and she didn’t know how she felt, sad or happy.
Around lunch time a photographer friends of her phoned inviting her to pose for her, she was doing portraits for an exhibition and she wanted her, she got all excited and said yes. Her dad’s driver took her there, she’s done her makeup and had a few change of clothes and she forgot about him, and they had a lovely afternoon at the studio, when they finished it her mum came to pick her up and took her home. This weekend the car was hers, she used to share the car with her middle sister. When she got home the only message she had was from his mum and she had that gut feeling again. She phoned Julia and Carl to arrange to go out, she was feeling good and want to make the most of the makeup, because she never wore makeup anymore as he didn’t like and she always wanted a quite life.
She got the car and went to Julia’s house and they waited for Carl with his girlfriend and they went to pick up Will, than they convinced her to go to Ike’s house to check up on him, because they started to worry about him, and after they insisted a lot she decided to go there. On their way there she saw his car parked on a road very close to his house, so she thought that again he run out of petrol, so she decided to stop her car and check if he was still in the car, and that was the first time she felt something really deep for him: she felt anger.
The reason why she felt that was that when she looked inside the car he was having sex with someone else, she kept watching to see if he would notice she was outside, but he didn’t, so she knocked at the window, he looked up, and went back to do what he as doing than he jumped up, started to put his willy away and asking her what she was doing there, she was smiling, she knew since the morning that this was going to finish today, than from smiling she started laughing. He didn’t understand and told her to go to his place and wait for him there, she said no, opened the car door and told him to get out of the car, he didn’t know what to do, when the woman in the car asked him who was she, she didn’t wait for him to answer, she grabbed him by his arm, pulled him out of the car, put her head inside of the car and said:
_ He was my boyfriend, but you can have my left over.
She shut the car door turn to him, he tried to reason with her, she didn’t want to know, she just gave him the message, told him to tell his mum never phone her house again and that she wished him to be happy and that he did her a favour, life for her would change so much now!
As he stood there she turned away in the direction of her car and saw that Julia and Will were standing next to Carl’s car without knowing what was going on. They saw she was angry. When she got closer she told them what just happened and she asked Will to drive her car. The boys wanted to go and give him a good beat, but she didn’t want it, she just wanted to get away from breathing the same air as them.
Carl went to pick his girlfriend up and the 3 of them went to a quite bar wait for Carl. When they arrived she decided she wanted to go to the bar where everyone use to go at the time, they parked their car and started walking to get into the bar, and she saw his, she didn’t think twice, she got her keys and draw a line on both sides of the car. She knew how much he loved that car, but for her that was a line in her head of the beginning of a life where she could live her fantasies and a line that she would never let anger get the better of her!
